Merry Meet,
So, I've ordered about 9 or 10 books this last week or so, I've shared three of them already (Animal Messages, Faeries & Elementals, Gods & Goddess' Treasury).
These arrived today and I've been reading through the Real Witches Year to date, some really great stuff in there!
I'm looking forward to reading through this one as I'll be working with essential oils again very soon for candle & soap making.
I sent the hubby to my favourite fabric shop today, as haven't been feeling well enough to go myself, and he came back with a kilo of different fabrics. Three of them will make lovely altar cloths (I've called dibs on some for my own altar), we have an off-white, a beige, a black poly-blend (think trouser-suit material), a lovely soft feeling mocha, a heavy black velvet-like material, a shimmering gold and (my favourite) a beige with leafy white embroidery.
It's very dark in here and my flash seems to leave orbs around the edges of the pictures, but this is my favourite piece, along with the shimmering gold.
I'm really looking forward to making some lovely altar cloths and wand bags from these materials. Gonna be lots of fun!
