Ways to Connect with Air

Air corresponds to ideas, inspiration, thought process and communication.

Burn Incense  Ë  Scent Your Home, Clothes or Body  Ë  Meditate  Ë  Visit Art Gallery or Museum  Ë  Write Short Stories or Letters  Ë  a Friendly Game of Cards  Ë  Dance to Your Favourite Music

Magical Exercise

Use your imagination to visualise a specific thought in the air.  As you inhale, absorb the thought into your body.  On the first day start with 7 breaths, increasing by 1 breath daily.  Do this for 7 to 10 days to strengthen your ability to control and direct the element of Air.

Other Information

Air has the qualities of humidity and dryness linking it to the elements of Fire and Water.  Air gives Fire its power, and gives Water the ability to turn into fog, rain, sleet, and snow.  The bridge that connects Fire and Water is Electrical Ground, when this happens the three elements can take the form of steam, smoke and lightning.
